It was in 2009 that Nanhi Kali was selected as one of the 6 laureates by Qatar Foundation for the WISE Summit (World Innovation Summit for Education) held in Doha. Qatar Foundation has recently announced the dates for the 2010 summit in December in Doha. In addition to celebrating Award winners each year, the WISE team has been keenly following the projects of past laureates. With the intention to showcase Nanhi Kali’s achievements they have produced a web documentary which will be shown at the summit.
It is also uploaded on the WISE website and other social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.
